Anyone can have high speed internet. You get what you pay for though. Most companies offer multiple plans, each with different speeds and guarantees. And there isn't a downside to high speed internet 0.o
I know just about nothing about internet, lol. Sometimes my internet stops working for no reason. My friend says to touch the needle to discharge it. It works sometimes, but only temporarily.
When you're in jail, a good friend will be trying to bail you out. A best friend will be in the cell next to you saying, "Damn, that was fun."
Download speed is much better, but your upload speed is slightly lower. It stands for kilobytes per second. I believe the ms is the time it takes that message to be received. (Ping: you want this to be low, I think)

@Crunch: Comcast isn't that great... My friend switched from SBC to Comcast and the difference in connection was apparent. Comcast disconnected him all over the place, and the lag was horrible. Plus he had to keep moving the modem around to get it to actually work. Terrible. I'm happy with AT&T, when someone else isn't using the internet I can play games pretty much lag free and I hardly ever disconnect =)
This is all spoken in relation to Xbox LIVE. I'm sure for regular internet browsing Comcast would be fine. I'm not sure about MMOs though.
Mine's pathetic...
Any ideas how to speed it up?
Also, anyone using a Vista know anything I can get rid of?
