I took them during CB.
I couldn't get all the brawler skills, though.
There was limited time. I only got my morph to level 25 and my ninja to level 7. It was especially hard with the "already logged in" bug.When you're in jail, a good friend will be trying to bail you out. A best friend will be in the cell next to you saying, "Damn, that was fun." -

Ground:
Shuriken - Chargeable. Throws stars. 3 weak stars or one strong, piercing star.
Rising Punch - Self explanatory.
Quick Slashes - Short dash forward, and many quick, weak hits.
Air:
Drop Kick - Kick down at about a 45 degree angle.
Moon Kick - Do a flip and kick.
Special:
Super Shuriken Fury - Throws a bunch of stars. They fan out. Up close is deadly, far away is weak.
